A saying that books are best and true friends and they remain with you always. Not only they entertain you they also increase your knowledge.
They have 30,000 titles in English language books. They also have variety of subjects from New Age to Japanese history. There is also a vast collection of Japanese language textbooks and tapes, many of which are available used.
Good Day Books is the largest used English bookshop in Tokyo. It is located in the Yamanote Line, a few minutes' walk away from the Ebisu Station on either the JR Yamanote Line or the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line subway.
They also arrange monthly lectures series by authors of books about Japan, present and past, and Japanese, famous and obscure.
To get an entry in the discussion session you must buy a copy d from good day books of the book on which the author's presentation is based.
You will gain confidenence in the English reading and speaking skills by joining their book club for Non Native Speakers. You'll read a selected book each month and then discuss the book with other members of the club.
