The Seasoner - Shiodome

California cuisine and wines from the popular Cardenas group, inside the modern atrium space of the Dentsu high- rise.

The Seasoner is the newest addition of the Cardenas Group of restaurants. It is located in the Dentsu high rise.

They present the fusion cuisine to a new level by combining Californian cuisine with traditional Japanese seasonal food to create colorful combinations like Risottos and Teriyaki Spare Ribs.

Their Terrace seating in the Shiodome complex provides a view of the Caretta Canyon Terrace. The East- West fusion menu also includes Pork spare ribs served Seasoner- style. They also cater for the parties. The seating arrangements for the restaurant are done by using the traditional furniture. The inner with dim light is soothing and provide your eyes a cool feel.

This newest member of the Cardenas group, which introduced Tokyo to some of its first California- style, features chic urban styling and terrace seating in the new Shiodome complex. Some highlights of their East- meets- West menu are risotto of unpolished rice and soba seed and teriyaki pork spare ribs served Seasoner- style.
