Roppongi Pit Inn

Roppongi Pit Inn is the place where you can watch the best local and foreign talent for music with an especially heavy lean towards fusion and new direction jazz. The music is top- notch and can be heard every night of the week.

It was established 10 years back. The spacious Roppongi Pit Inn was created to provide a venue for the fusion wave of electrified jazz which washed over Japan in the 70s.

The music is not live but the collection they have is extensive. The customers are mostly regular visitors. The cover fee includes one drink (JPY 3, 500- JPY 4,500).

This no- frills joint has been catering to a younger crowd of jazz enthusiasts for 25 years. It boasts some of the finest in native and imported jazz as well as fusion and jazz rock. The pit inn is usually full on the weekends. People rush on the dancing floors. An array of drinks and snacks is served.

Hours: 6.30p- midnight; Mon- Sun.
