Suspended on the 52nd floor of the Park Hyatt Hotel this bar and grill has a lot to offer. The bar has ceiling to floor glass windows to enjoy the views of the city.
The menu offers American style grilled seafood, Japanese and imported beef, market fresh seafood and poultry roasted to perfection on the rotisserie and there is an array of cocktails. There are also 12 different wines to choose from.
The elegant interior features four ample paintings of New York scenes by Italian artist Valerio Adami and a wine cellar housing over 1,600 bottles of wines. Chef de Cuisine Jack Wetzel and his team practice their art in the stunning open kitchen.
The staff is cooperative, helpful.
